2011 is close by and we are now prepared to offer you the best Bordeaux scheduled wine tours for the next season. Since 2005 Ophorus is specialized in organizing scheduled tours and amongst our destinations we have included Bordeaux as it is one of the most famous wine destinations in the world. As such, if you are preparing a tour in the area be aware that we have daily departures that will take you to the famous Medoc, St Emilion, Graves and Sauternes wine regions. Our Bordeaux wine tours are limited to small groups only of 2 to 7 passengers and head towards all the Classified Growth wineries of the area. Our courteous English speaking driver guides (state or regional licensed card holders - a guarantee for you as a traveler) will be there with you to bring you all the best the Bordeaux vineyards have to offer. All our tours take place on board fully equipped and recent minivans and pickup is located in a centrally located spot in the heart of Bordeaux - close to the Tourism office. Our scheduled Bordeaux wine tours & day trips include:
- Medoc half day wine tour: 65€ per person
- Medoc full day wine tour: 95€ per person
- Medoc 1855 classified growth full day wine tour: 100€ per person
- St Emilion half day wine tour: 55€ per person
- St Emilion full day wine tour: 90€ per person
- Bordeaux UNESCO and St Emilion full day wine tour: 90€ per person
- Graves and Sauternes full day wine tour: 120€ per person
Our tours are friendly and can be followed by all (in drinking age that is) from amateurs to very knowledgeable visitors as the guides adapt to each and everyone. Also, unlike many other suppliers we INCLUDE ALL TASTING FEES during the tours so that you have no last minute surprises. This is important as tasting fees can range from anything between free to 30€ per person depending on the estate that you visit. Moreover, because of our experience we only take you to Classified growth estates - that is the best there is according to the different classifications and regions.
